101st Warrior Transition Battalion Donation, May 2014

At our Reunion dinner/meeting in May, 2014 the Association voted to donate a special built bicycle for physical therapy use by the 101st Abn Division's Warrior Transition Bn. The Transition BN job is to assist "Screaming Eagles" to be rehabilitated after being wounded with a variety of therapies.

 

On October 28, 2014 Joe Taitano Assn V.P, Max Roberts (who transported the bike from Alabama), Jim Matthews Assn President, LTC Jack Murphy C.O 2/17th Cav. Rgt. and Capt. Zachary Olson C.O of B Troop 2/17th Cav presented the special needs bicycle to the Warrior Transition BN at Ft. Campbell.
